W3LPL

W3LPL (Frank) hosts multi-operator contest efforts from his location in Maryland. Follow the link CQWW SSB 2001 to an article I wrote on my W3LPL contesting experience from his HF station. This presentation is for both the non-contest operator and the avid contester. It contains overviews, pictures and audio of the entire weekend contest experience. I have been active with the Potomac Valley Radio Club (PVRC) club since 1981. Since then I have had the opportunity to operate from the W3LPL station on numerous occasions as the 80 meter cw, 75 meter phone, 15 meter cw, 15 meter phone and 10 meter phone operator.

You can see some pictures of his station over the years by clicking on one of the pictures below. They will take you into one the W3LPL galleries. There is also more contest audio to be heard by clicking here.

    Hi,

Hello friend, I would like to inform that in this date 19 and 20 of May the biggest competition
of CW promoted for Brazil will happen. Where we will count on the participation of the three AMERICAS.

Will be an honor for us if you will be able to collaborate with few hours in this competition.
